Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-end inventory replenishment and order cycles for assigned markets, ensuring stock health.
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and shipping agents to coordinate schedules and resolve routine shipment discrepancies.
Maintain and update procurement contracts and shipping databases to ensure data integrity.
Monitor weekly inventory reports to flag potential stock-outs or overstock, proposing immediate corrective actions to the Management.
Handle complex shipping and customs documentation independently, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Assist in gathering procurement data for new product launches, coordinating timelines between suppliers and the QA team.
Job Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in procurement, global shipping, or supply chain operations.
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of Incoterm and their impact on risk, cost, and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data visualisation)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
A team player who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
