Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise service crew and kitchen coordination
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance
• Assist in staff training and SOP implementation
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
• Monitor stock usage and report shortages when necessary
• Support management in achieving outlet sales and operational goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B supervisory role
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Experience in Japanese / Fusion dining is an advantage

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
