Job Details:

• Position: Operations Manager
• Location: Menara Shell, Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: Rotational Shift

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years of management/supervisory experience.
• 2–4 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Strong experience managing Customer Service, Service Desk, or Helpdesk operations in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience in team setup, SLA management, quality management, and operational excellence.
• Strong people management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the BPO or FinTech industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,500.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
