• Full commission basic.
• Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Developing creative design concepts for displays, storefronts or interior spaces, often involving space planning and material selection.
• Overseeing the implementation of the design, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and other team members.
• Assisting with the sales process by providing design solutions, preparing quotations and contributing to closing deals.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Ensuring that design solutions are within the client's budget and managing project costs.
• Possessing a strong understanding of products, materials and relevant industry trends to offer informed design recommendations.
• Effectively communicating design concepts to clients and team members, both verbally and visually.
• Working effectively with other team members, such as sales representatives, interior designers, and project managers.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
