We are looking for a skilled and motivated E&I Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, servicing, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Attend site breakdowns and provide technical support to customers.
• Perform cable routing, wiring, termination, and instrument installation.
• Assist with testing and calibration of instruments and control devices.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate work records.
• Participate in standby/on-call duties and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, servicing, installation, or troubleshooting is preferred.
• Experience or exposure to Oil & Gas, manufacturing, utilities, boiler & burner, or process industries will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, control panels, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems will be an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive work attitude with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in standby/on-call duties.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per month
