This role owns end-to-end delivery of AI Vision and system integration projects — from technical discovery and scoping, through deployment into client environments, to final handover. This is not a pure coordination role. Our projects live at the intersection of cameras, servers, and software we deploy into our clients' physical sites, so you need a software developer's mindset — the ability to read code, question estimates, and talk to engineers as a peer — paired with hands-on comfort with CCTV systems and on-premise server deployment.
You will work closely with clients, AI engineers, developers, and vendors to keep timelines, budgets, and quality on track. Success looks like: camera-to-server and camera-to-cloud projects going live on schedule, clients who trust you because you speak their language, and an engineering team that moves faster because you were in the room.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from technical discovery and solution scoping through on-premise deployment and final handover.
- Work hands-on with CCTV / video surveillance environments — IP cameras, NVRs, video management systems (VMS), and live video feeds — to plan and execute AI Vision deployments across client sites.
- Plan and oversee on-premise server and software deployment: hardware sizing, Linux environments, containers (Docker), networking, and security considerations, in partnership with our engineers.
- Partner with AI engineers and developers — including agentic AI initiatives such as multi-agent orchestration systems, natural-language query layers over real-time vision event data, and LLM tool-use and automation — to scope, estimate, and sequence work accurately.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; monitor progress and report against KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations across technical and business audiences.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and approvals.
- Ensure software deliverables meet quality standards and oversee key testing phases (URS, UAT).
- Maintain project documentation and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
