Job Description
Prepare and organize all ingredients and materials required for baking classes.
Measure, weigh, cut, sieve, and pack dry and wet ingredients according to recipes.
Wrap, label, and organize prepared ingredients.
Receive, unload, and organize heavy stock deliveries and incoming goods.
Clear and store incoming stock in the appropriate storage areas.
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
Prepare classroom materials and ingredients before each baking class.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized baking studio and preparation area.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
Handle heavy items and perform manual handling as required.
Stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure accuracy and consistency when preparing ingredients and materials.
Requirements
Able to work on weekends
No experience needed
Willing to learn
Able to carry light load (eg: Box of flour)
Able to converse simple English
