Job Responsibility

• Report to Officer.
• Prepare and arrange on-site defects inspection for completed projects.
• Identify and highlight non-compliance issues to Officer.
• Able to build strong relationship with other site personnel on building rectification, maintenance and service.
• Prepare report requested by the Management including status of defects rectification works.
• To prepare and monitor schedule for maintenance work as per contractual requirement.
• Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety requirement.
• Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin(optional) as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
