Make a Real Difference in Residents' Lives

Are you someone who genuinely cares about people and wants a role where your work has a direct, tangible impact? United Medicare Pte Ltd, a trusted private healthcare provider, is looking for a dedicated Associate (Cares) to join our Cares team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of case management and resident support — helping residents and families navigate financial assistance schemes, coordinating care admissions, and working closely with our clinical team to ensure every resident gets the support they need. If you're organised, empathetic, and enjoy being the go-to person who gets things done, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gather social and financial information from residents and families to support applications for financial assistance schemes
  • Prepare and submit applications for Medifund, MFEC, IDAPE, PGDAS, and other relevant subsidy schemes
  • Maintain accurate records across referral, enquiry, and case management systems
  • Be the key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare institutions — coordinating referrals and admissions
  • Maintain organised case files and documentation to support audits and case reviews
  • Handle data entry and database updates with accuracy and care
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including enquiries, referrals, and admissions processing
  • Support resident transfers and discharge coordination with other healthcare facilities
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and duties as needed

What You'll Need

  • 'O' Level or Diploma in any field (Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related fields a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable liaising with residents, families, and institutions
  • A dependable, detail-oriented team player
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple cases

Why Join Us

  • Meaningful work supporting residents and families through important life transitions
  • Collaborative team environment within a respected healthcare provider
  • Remuneration aligned with Community Care Organisations (CCO) salary guidelines, commensurate with experience

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Food provided
  • Free parking
  • Health insurance

Work Location: In person
