Description:
Responsbilities

Manage and oversee the maintenance of all assets within the yard.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure asset reliability and longevity.
Conduct predictive maintenance activities, including condition monitoring and analysis, to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
Supervise troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment issues and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
Plan, schedule, and optimize manpower utilization for maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and company requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support maintenance operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance of industrial assets, equipment, or facilities.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and practices.
Strong planning, organization, and manpower coordination skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
