Our customers include private residential owners and owners corporations, government organizations, educational institutions, landlords, developers and investors.
In January 2022, China Resources Longdation Company Limited of China Resources Group acquired Synergis property and facility management services business. The acquisition enhanced Synergis’ overall business strength and long-term development capabilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which will ultimately benefit the Company and our customers.
We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of.
Job Duties:
Assist the repair and maintenance work of property
Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
Requirements:
In possession of a Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
Immediate available is preferred
Fresh Graduates are welcomed for application
Working Location: Wong Tai Sin
