️Key Responsibilities:

• Perform debugging and repair on PCBA boards.

• Carry out functional testing to ensure product quality and performance.

• Read and interpret schematic drawings to support efficient troubleshooting.

• Support equipment troubleshooting and debugging to maintain optimal performance.

• Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal.

• Have experience in board debugging (exe; soldering, able to read schematic diagram)

• Or Fresh grade with electronic background.

• Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain equipment.

• Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.

• Perform PM / CAL of production equipment.

• Provide technical support / solutions to resolve equipment and hardware related issues.

• Conduct Training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.

• Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.

• Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience in functional testing, debugging, and PCBA repair is an advantage.

• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and technical documents.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
