Job Description

Manage full-cycle construction projects from planning and design to execution and completion.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with the team and stakeholders while leading on-site teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and project success through clear communication.

Conduct thorough quality control inspections and promptly address compliance issues to ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Implement best practices in sustainability and green building initiatives where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with major A&A works and ERSS/piling projects.

Strong knowledge of construction project planning, contract management, and site execution.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
