Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, systematic, and highly proactive Facilities Manager to join our infrastructure and asset management practice. In this critical role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for managing the full lifecycle of facilities operations, workplace asset configurations, preventive mechanical and electrical (M&E) framework maintenance, and workplace safety protocols across our local footprints. Operating at the intersection of workplace engineering, safety compliance, and corporate operations, you will lead facility scaling initiatives, manage external vendors, and coordinate spatial modifications. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous system engineering logic with sharp people leadership capabilities to systematically eliminate infrastructure bottlenecks, minimize energy or utility waste, and ensure a secure, zero-accident workspace for our expanding regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Total Facility Operations Leadership: Direct the day-to-day agile scheduling, priority assignments, structural up-keep, and operational performance execution of the onsite engineering technicians and maintenance teams.
• Preventive Framework Planning: Design, implement, and track comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all critical building systems, including high-capacity HVAC cooling grids, electrical distribution circuits, plumbing arrays, and emergency backup assets.
• Vendor & SLA Optimization: Source, evaluate, and manage third-party engineering contractors, specialized equipment fabricators, corporate housekeepers, and facility security detailing, auditing performance logs strictly against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Space Planning & Project Coordination: Lead corporate workplace layouts, track spatial capacity allocations, and manage structural refurbishment modifications or data/telecommunications cabling upgrades with absolute minimal business disruption.
• Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Enforce strict alignment with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) workplace safety frameworks, Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) guidelines, fire safety codes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Budgeting & Cost Engineering: Manage allocated facility management budgets, monitor electrical/utility consumption metrics, evaluate material tracking data sheets, and select replacement assets to minimize operational expenditures.
• Technical Documentation Control: Maintain precise physical and digital records frameworks, compiling comprehensive equipment calibration logs, fire safety certificates, building insurance logs, and incident tracking charts for corporate and statutory compliance checks.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or a related quantitative technical STEM field.
• Technical Stack: Strong command of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), technical drawing visualization blueprints, and energy configuration tracking software. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost tracking and metrics templates is required.
• Experience: Prior experience (5–8 years) in a facilities engineering or corporate workplace environment, with at least 2+ years of direct experience leading a technical facilities team—specifically within a commercial corporate headquarters, financial institution office setup, or high-tech hub—is required.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder management style to bridge frontend technicians with corporate management.
• Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, intense attention to detail under tight corporate reporting deadlines, strong analytical troubleshooting capabilities under pressure, and a resilient team-player mindset.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,800.00 per month
