It has a 90,000-square-foot pre-fabrication facility equipped with smart production systems to support our projects and ensure operational continuity.
Job Summary
Assist the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager in monitoring project quality performance to ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, approved codes, and certification standards.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan, including preparation and review of Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures.
Conduct inspections and evaluate workmanship and quality standards to ensure compliance with approved specifications, codes, drawings, and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with construction, production, and site management teams to ensure all required inspections and tests are completed and quality objectives are achieved.
Monitor quality assurance activities and recommend corrective and preventive actions where required.
Coordinate and participate in internal and project quality audits, including tracking audit findings and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements and the approved Quality Plan.
Supervise and implement inspection and testing schedules, including arranging, witnessing, conducting, and reviewing site inspection and testing activities.
Maintain quality records, audit schedules, inspection reports, test reports, and corrective action records.
Assess subcontractors and suppliers QA/QC arrangements for compliance with contractual and project quality requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors on quality activities, inspection requirements, quality issues, and corrective actions.
Conduct quality inspections for ACMV systems and utility piping at the company's fabrication yard.
Perform visual inspection of welding works for piping, fittings, and structural steel in accordance with applicable standards and project specifications.Assess weld quality and identify welding defects through visual inspection and interpretation of radiographic (X-ray) film.
Any other duties that assign from time to time
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Preferably min. 2 years experience as QA/QC Engineer in construction industry.
Knowledge in M & E works, quality requirement of BCA.
Proficient in quality control documents, engineering drawings and specifications.
Team player with right attitude, hardworking and resourceful.
Other Information
Working location: Loyang.
5.5-day with alternate Saturday off.
AWS & Variable bonus (base on company and individual performance).

Annual leave entitlement of 14 days, up to maximum of 21 days
