HR Executive – Construction Industry
Requirements & Responsibilities
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act
and relevant MOM regulations and requirements.
Relevant HR experience in the Singapore construction industry
, with the ability to handle a
full spectrum of HR functions
.
Experience in handling
work injury and compensation matters
, including WICA-related cases, documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant parties.
Handle all
work pass-related matters
, including Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers, and other MOM-related submissions.
Able to communicate effectively with
multi-national workers
, including handling day-to-day HR and employment-related matters.
Responsible for
work pass applications
and ensuring workers' employment documents and records are properly maintained and compliant.
Handle
workers' feedback, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employment-related enquiries
professionally.
Coordinate closely with project sites
, site management teams, supervisors, and workers regarding manpower deployment, attendance, leave, accommodation, documentation, and other HR matters.
Liaise with
MOM, insurers, clinics/hospitals, dormitories, training centres, and other relevant authorities or service providers
when required.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage HR matters involving foreign workers.
