Roles & Responsibilities
Create, delete, reset and suspend user accounts across operating systems and applications based on approved requests.
Issue PIN mailers and respond to users’ enquiries via phone and email.
Perform account labelling, user ID revalidation and timely remediation of identified deviations.
Conduct privileged-access authorisation reviews and remediate any deviations promptly.
Escalate issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
Maintain accurate records and consistently deliver quality work to minimise errors, rework and client complaints.
Comply with all workplace security policies and procedures at the customer’s premises.
Perform other duties assigned by the line manager and remain contactable during the required working hours.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC qualification in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Basic understanding of IT security and access-control principles.
Good troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle user-access information securely.
Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment.
