Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
We are looking for dedicated Sales Personal to source and secure new potential customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our customer database and secure new accounts.

Job Description:
Identifies, develops, and retains new business relationship

Maintains relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance

Canvass and secure new accounts

(HUNTER ROLE)

Responsible for B2B sales account management and customer satisfaction

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

Maintain strong business relationships with customers for customer retention.

Assist customers to resolve issues faced when shipping through our services in a timely manner to prevent cumulative cost (if any) and damages.

Update important feedback and rectify problems from customers

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years’ Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain (Freight Forwarding industry)

Achieve sales target.

Able to work independently with pro-active self-motivated attitude.

Possess strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise.
