Project Manager – JIRA / DevOps

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in JIRA, project planning, change management, and DevOps-related project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project activities, tracking requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with business and internal team requirements.
• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and drive timely resolution.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Create and update JIRA requests, GWS RFC Planning, and Qtest activities.
• Manage end-to-end RFC (Request for Change) processes in GSN.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Track action items and ensure all assigned PM activities are picked up and completed proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and delivery standards.

Required Skills

• Strong Project Management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and project tracking tools.
• Experience with RFC / Change Management processes.
• Experience working with DevOps / IT technology teams.
• Knowledge of GWS RFC Planning, Qtest, and GSN is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to proactively manage tasks, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing IT / Technology / DevOps projects.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional and enterprise technology environments.
