Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Follow-Up

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from Facebook/Instagram ads, walk-ins, and referrals
• Conduct consultation calls/meetings with students and parents to understand academic background and goals
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to move leads through the funnel (inquiry → consultation → application → offer → enrollment)

Student Advising

• Recommend suitable courses/institutions (local and overseas) based on SPM/STPM/UEC results and budget
• Explain admission requirements, scholarship options, and financing
• Assist with document collection and application submission

CRM & Data Management

• Log every lead, interaction, and status update in the recruitment tracking system/dashboard
• Keep funnel data accurate for reporting (inquiries, conversions, drop-offs by channel)

Event & Campus Support

• Support education fairs, school talks, and campus tour logistics
• Represent GoUni at recruitment events

Partner Coordination

• Liaise with university/college admissions officers on application status
• Stay current on partner institutions' programs, intakes, and requirements

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
