Job Description & Requirements
Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil trades.
Manage and control M&E subcontractors, vendors and specialists.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, method statements and specifications.
Monitor daily site progress, quality and safety.
Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues.
Conduct site inspections, testing and inspections with consultants and authorities.
Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and statutory requirements.
Coordinate and oversee testing, commissioning and authority approvals.
Prepare site records, inspection checklists and progress reports.
Manage rectification works, defects and final handover.
Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services recognized by the PE Board.
Minimum 3-5 years M&E experience, specifically for LTA, MRT, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong hands-on experience with ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), cooling systems, and electrical distribution.
Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to coordinate CSD, SEM (Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical), and BIM (Revit/Navisworks) models will be an advantage.
