Role Purpose
Own the mid-to-bottom funnel: assess, manage process, and convert candidates from pipeline to hire—ensuring a smooth, fast, and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the candidate management process from sourcing handover through assessment, interviews, selection and offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align on candidate profiles and provide talent insights and hiring recommendations.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, capability, motivation and overall fit.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Drive candidate conversion by understanding expectations, managing objections and addressing potential barriers to acceptance.
- Support offer discussions and negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with business requirements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive, high-touch candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Talent Strategy/HRBP and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless talent journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, including conversion rates, time-to-offer, offer acceptance and candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement and conversion.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing candidates through interview, assessment and offer stages.
- Exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume or commercial environment is advantageous.
