Join a leading luxury watch retailer where you will play a key role in shaping the learning culture across retail boutiques and corporate teams. As the Training & Development Manager, you will drive learning strategies, develop talent, and partner with business leaders to enhance employee capability and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Partner closely with Retail Operations, HR, Brand Partners, and business leaders to drive learning and talent development initiatives.
• Design, facilitate, and deliver engaging training programmes, leadership workshops, onboarding, and coaching sessions.
• Conduct boutique visits, field coaching, and customer observations to enhance service excellence and sales performance.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, learning pathways, and training materials.
• Measure training effectiveness through evaluations, operational KPIs, mystery shopping results, and stakeholder feedback, implementing continuous improvements where required.
• Manage training budgets, external training providers, and learning resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance, systems, awareness training, boutique openings, and regional learning projects.
• Lead learning and organisational development initiatives assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Education or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant L&D / Training experience, preferably in retail, luxury, hospitality or service-related industries.
• Strong experience in training needs analysis, programme design, facilitation and coaching.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail training, field coaching, customer service development or talent development is an advantage.
• Strong project management, analytical and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally to Malaysia and Thailand for regional training initiatives.
