• Act as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
• Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
• Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Requirement:

• Engineering background with at least 3 years of construction site experience
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques
