Responsibilities

• Perform tasks during 12-hour shifts (morning & night) such as lot disposition, shift handovers, alarm recovery, tool setup checks, and monitoring SPC/FDC/YDD.
• Troubleshoot process issues and respond to equipment or process deviations.
• Monitor and analyze SPC charts, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Collect and document data for process or equipment faults.
• Work with engineers on experiments, process improvements, and qualifications.
• Follow SOPs and maintain safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
• Help reduce scrap and maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years Semiconductor/MNC experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a high-tech environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
