Tunas Special Needs Education Centre (PLBKIT) is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and support children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and developmental delays through structured, hands-on learning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist or lead one-to-one and small group sessions for children with special needs
• Design day-to-day customised learning plans based on children's needs
• Support children in developing academic, motor, social, and life skills
• Help prepare and organise teaching materials, activities, and classroom settings
• Follow therapy and learning plans created by the lead team
• Work closely with other team members to track and support student progress
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for every child

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience with children is preferred (but not required)
• Must be caring, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work closely with a team
• Fluent in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Passionate about working with children with special need

Training will be provided — experience in special needs education is a bonus, but not a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
