Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to manage expectations and provide progress updates
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Involvement in planning all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages.
Support project managers in day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of project coordination processes and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel / Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of project management best practices.
Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
Min 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
