Floral Knots is a retail brand specialising in the sale of handcrafted products, gifts, and artisanal items. In addition to our retail offerings, we conduct creative workshops to promote craftsmanship and provide unique experiences for our customers. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will play an integral role in strengthening brand presence. This position primarily involves contributing to marketing activities with a focus on social media platforms. We are seeking individuals who are creative, sophisticated, with an eye for detail, willing to learn, grow and work in a collaborative team setting.

Hourly Rate: $10 to $13 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns independently.

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns as a team.

Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote products, services, and workshops.

Manage different social media accounts

Maintain company website

Product and cover photography

Videography and video editing (capcut/iMovie)

Designing Canva and Adobe

Requirements

Strong interest in marketing, and the arts and crafts sector.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends; basic content creation skills.

Has prior experience in iPhone photo taking, videography and social media editing.

Ability to do copyrighting

Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as rostered.
