We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-registered main contractor primarily involved in the construction of residential buildings.

Working Location: Johor Bahru

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (6 working days)

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor the main contractor’s M&E site progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Review M&E shop drawings, combined services drawings (CSD), and structural electrical drawings (SED) to identify clashes.
• Coordinate between consultants and clients to resolve technical issues and design discrepancies.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all M&E installations adhere to approved drawings, local authorities' guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction schedules and track M&E milestones.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in M&E coordination, specifically in high-rise building projects.
• Proven track record of managing main contractors from the developer, consultant, or project management side.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills and leadership.

Pay: From RM6,800.00 per hour
