Job Summary

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including wok-fry styles, to support kitchen operations in a live entertainment restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
• Execute wok-fry and other cooking techniques to support menu offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace during shifts
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cooking experience
• Ability to work split shifts from 11 am to 10:30 pm with rest periods
• Willingness to work 6 days per week

• Work location: Bugis area
• Work schedule: 6 days per week, split shift from 11 am to 10:30 pm
• Salary range: $3,500 to $4,000, depending on experience
