OPTOMETRIST

LOCATION

• Kuala Ketil
• Sungai Petani

WORKING HOURS

• 10.00 AM – 6.30 PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry
• Registered with the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC)
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about clinical optometry and patient care
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Perform eye health screenings and clinical procedures
• Identify and manage common eye conditions and visual problems
• Provide professional consultation and eye care advice
• Prescribe and recommend suitable optical solutions based on patients’ needs
• Provide advice on spectacles, contact lenses and other optical products
• Educate patients on proper eye health and vision care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
• Support daily clinical and optical retail operations
• Participate in company programmes, eye screenings and promotional activities
