Our client is actively searching for an
Accounts Executive
to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on time.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and other accounting documents.
Perform data entry and ensure accounting records are updated accurately.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the Assistant Accounts Manager.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Exposure to month-end closing support.
Basic familiarity with GST records and Singapore accounting practices.
Experience using ERP or accounting systems will be an advantage.
