The Life Review is a charity that equips people to support one another through death, dying, and grief. We reduce the mental health impact of silence around these experiences by building end-of-life and grief literacy, helping communities face loss with compassion and resilience.

Job Summary

As Senior Program Executive, you will bring our programs to life: coordinating workshops where caregivers, seniors and students finally get to say what they have been carrying around for years. You will manage those sessions end to end and make sure every one of them runs smoothly.

This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in the details, thrives in a dynamic environment, and and wants to grow into facilitation with proper training and supervision

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for partner relationships and collaborations to ensure smooth communication and coordination
• Prepare program materials and resources, and support facilitators with scheduling and briefing to enable effective session delivery
• Co-facilitate sessions with training and supervision, progressively building capability to lead sessions independently
• Coordinate all logistics for programs from initial planning through to on-site execution to ensure seamless event delivery
• Consolidate participant feedback and translate it into clear impact reports to inform program improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field; qualifications in events management, communications, social sciences, or related fields are advantageous
• At least 3 years of experience in program coordination or events management
• Experience managing vendor relationships and logistics planning
• Experience leading groups or working with seniors in any setting is a plus
• Passion for end-of-life education and community engagement
