Job Summary

You will support student wellbeing by attending to their needs when unwell, maintain cleanliness in designated areas, assist at the reception, manage supplies, ensure student safety during dismissal, and provide logistical support for school events and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Change students’ attire promptly when soiled to maintain hygiene and comfort
• Take temperature and monitor students who fall ill, follow up with parents, and coordinate student pick-up at MUIS reception
• Clean and maintain equipment in the office and staff room pantry, including refrigerator, microwave, cabinet, and sink
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the sick bay to ensure a safe environment
• Keep students’ school uniforms and PE attire tidy and organized
• Assist at the reception counter by responding to student queries and managing lost and found items
• Replenish printing paper supplies at Staff Room and Admin photocopiers to ensure uninterrupted use
• Arrange and restock stationery supplies for staff and students
• Monitor assigned areas during student dismissal to ensure student safety and orderly departure
• Support school events and activities such as examinations, PTPC, and Open House by providing logistical assistance
• Deliver books, letters, and other materials to classrooms efficiently
• Collect and deliver items as required to support school operations
• Perform other assigned duties as needed to support school functions

Minimum requirement; Secondary Education
