HR & Admin Executive

• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Working Location: Aljunied
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative duties.
• Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR documentation
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation, salary-related matters, and employee claims.
• Support employee benefits, insurance, and statutory requirements.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and related documentation.
• Maintain records for foreign workers, including permits, medical examinations, and other required documents.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary matters, and company HR policies.
• Support MOM and other statutory requirements related to employment and foreign workers.
• Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Handle general office administration, filing, correspondence, and documentation.
• Prepare HR and administrative reports when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possess at least 2–4 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
• Prior HR experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of CoreTrade, foreign worker management and Work Permit matters, is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
