Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the after-sales service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workshop operations, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of service KPIs in line with company and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall service centre operations including service advisors, technicians, warranty, and support staff.
• Ensure workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitor and improve CSI/SSI performance and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Plan and control service revenue, cost management, and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Oversee warranty submissions, service campaigns, and recall activities.
• Develop, coach, and motivate service team to enhance performance and skill levels.
• Prepare and review service reports, KPIs, and operational analysis for management.
• Coordinate closely with Parts, Sales, and Management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Preferrable experience in automotive after-sales, with minimum 2–3 years in a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
• Good understanding of workshop operations, warranty processes, and manufacturer standards.
• Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Able to travel
