• Go-to person for the event platform (CVENT) — set up and publish events, keep templates and comms current, pull system reports

• Help build and maintain event listings in Salesforce

• Keep registrations accurate day-to-day — sign-ups, cancellations, swaps, edits

• Pull together event materials and reports on tight turnarounds

• Close out events afterward — reconcile numbers, finances, surveys, certificates

• Field participant questions by phone/email and resolve trickier registration issues

• Coordinate with finance on payment queries

• Pitch in on wider team needs, including event pages on the website
