About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys working with people, keeping projects moving, and making sure clients feel well taken care of. At AGG, no two days are exactly the same. One day you might be coordinating an event setup, the next day you could be helping with a branding request, proposal, production job, or client campaign. If you like variety, solving problems, and being the person who keeps everyone aligned — this role might suit you well. You’ll be the main connection between our clients and internal team, making sure requests are understood clearly, timelines are followed, and projects are delivered smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Be the friendly main contact person for our clients.

- Understand what clients need and turn that into clear instructions for the team.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, timelines, and project updates.

- Coordinate with designers, operations, suppliers, vendors, and other team members.

- Keep projects on track so things don’t fall through the cracks.

- Follow up with clients on approvals, payments, artwork, feedback, and project details.

- Join meetings, briefings, and site visits when needed.

- Spot opportunities where AGG can support clients better.

- Help solve problems calmly when last-minute changes happen — because they will.

- Keep client and project records organised.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone who is friendly, responsible, and good with people.

- Good communication skills — you don’t need to sound corporate, just clear and professional.

- Able to juggle multiple tasks without panicking.

- Organised enough to remember details, deadlines, and follow-ups.

- Comfortable working with clients, teammates, and suppliers.

- Willing to learn about events, branding, print, production, and marketing.

- Basic confidence with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and messaging tools.

- Experience in events, creative, client servicing, marketing, or production is a bonus.

- Most importantly: a good attitude and willingness to take ownership.
