MANAGER – CUSTOMER SERVICES

Vacant Possession & Defect Management

Contract Period: October 2026 – April 2027

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location: Near Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

JOB SCOPE – VACANT POSSESSION & DEFECT MANAGEMENT

* Manage and supervise the VP and Defect team

* Manage a small team of 4–5 Defect Officers

* Arrange and delegate tasks to ensure smooth progress of VP activities

* Handle customer enquiries and defect submissions

* Coordinate with technical departments to obtain necessary advice before responding to customer queries

* Monitor and follow up on reported defects and rectification works

* Liaise with contractors and relevant parties on defect rectification

* Conduct/oversee unit inspections and handover activities

* Update VP and defect status records and prepare reports

* Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

* Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to VP and defect management

REQUIREMENTS

* Good communication and public relations skills

* Strong teamwork and team leadership skills

* Responsible and able to manage a team effectively

* Able to handle ad-hoc circumstances while maintaining customer satisfaction

* Experience in property vacant possession, customer service or defect management is an advantage
