• Respond to customer enquiries
• Support the sales team
• Maintain customer and product records

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Responsible and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Customer service or sales support experience is an advantage
