We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and bring creative ideas to life across events, campaigns and brand experiences. You will work closely with our teams to develop engaging designs for digital and print collateral, creative kits and event applications, from concept and artwork development through to final production. The role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys working on varied projects and bringing brands to life visually.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design event collateral across digital and print formats, such as menus, invitations, event signage, backdrops, and other event-related artwork.
• Develop artwork and layouts for creative kits, including packaging, PR kits, information cards, inserts, and supporting collateral.
• Adapt key visuals and existing design directions across different formats, sizes, and event touchpoints while maintaining visual consistency.
• Create basic visual mockups and superimpositions to help communicate design ideas, placements, and event applications.
• Work closely with all teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into clear visual executions.
• Prepare, resize, refine, and organise final artwork for production and digital use, ensuring files are accurate and production-ready.
• Carry out basic image editing, retouching, image manipulation, and layout adjustments where required.
• Support multiple projects concurrently and deliver artwork according to agreed project timelines.
• Maintain good file organisation and ensure working files and final artwork are properly prepared for internal teams and vendors.
• Keep updated on relevant design trends, references, tools, and techniques applicable to events and experiential design.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Graphic Design or related fields
• Minimum2 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or other applications
• Strong understanding of Typography, colour, layout and branding principles
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills
• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware
