Job Description:

Able to handle full sets of account independently with minimal supervision.
Provide accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
Responsible for preparation of statement of outstanding account
Responsible to compile and check staff reimbursement
Assist in budget forecast, financial analysis on P&L and balance sheet
To coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
To ensure company comply with financial policies and regulations
To maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Assist in enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies and procedures

Requirement:

Degree in Accountancy
Min 3 years relevant work experience in relevant field, experience in construction company is an added value
Proficient in MS Office applications
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
