Business Development & Sales

• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the HORECA segment.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and business presentations to potential customers.

Account Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.

Product & Category Development

• Promote the company's product portfolio- Fresh Produce
• Introduce new products and value-added solutions to customers.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer requirements.
• Gather market feedback and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify emerging business opportunities and industry developments within the food service sector.

Sales Planning & Forecasting

• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor customer ordering patterns and recommend inventory planning improvements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
