岗位职责

  • Carry out duties assigned by Retail Manager
  • Ensure staff are diligent and complete their assigned responsibilities while on shift
  • Make sure inventories are sufficient while not overflowing
  • Check that products have yet to expire and promptly remove the expired ones
  • Cash register upkeep (Checking for missing cash)
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
  • Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
