Beyond tailoring, Assemble offers personalised styling, wardrobe consultation, and a carefully curated selection of men and ladies wear and lifestyle products, creating a one-stop destination for the modern young affluent clientel.

As a Retail staff, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store presentation standards, processing sales transactions, and supporting daily store operations. You will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, replenish stock, and ensure the store remains organised and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and styling advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve administrative goals

Requirements:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
