What you'll be doing
Layout Planning & Carpentry Sketch:
To recommend layout, and basic carpentry for clients.
Project Planning & Execution:
Plan work schedules, set out the site, and ensure adherence to project plans, high standards for quality, budgets, and timelines.
Team & Resource Management:
Supervise and motivate the workforce, hire subcontractors, allocate resources, and order materials.
Safety & Quality Control:
Implement and manage safety programs, conduct inspections, and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor build costs, manage expenditure, and report on financial status.
Communication & Reporting:
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the public; prepare progress updates, and documentation.
Problem Solving:
Address issues and obstacles as they arise to keep the project moving.

To recommend layout, and basic carpentry for clients.

What we're looking for
- A diploma or background in site management for renovation and construction.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant industry
- Experienced with layout and carpentry planning with clients, including simple drawings.
- Good understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection
- Able to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
