Job Title:
Purchasing / Procurement Executive

Salary:
S$2,800 – S$3,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
Process purchase orders based on confirmed customer orders and requirements.
Source and purchase electronic components and related products from approved suppliers.
Coordinate product specifications, pricing, quantity and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Follow up closely on purchase orders and expected delivery dates.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product, quantity or delivery issues.
Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders and supplier documentation.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
Monitor procurement costs and assist with supplier evaluation and coordination.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in trading, manufacturing, electronics or industrial products.
Experience in handling purchase orders, supplier quotations, pricing comparisons and delivery schedules.
Experience coordinating directly with suppliers on product specifications, order quantities, lead times and delivery issues.
Ability to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously and follow up closely with suppliers to meet required delivery timelines.
Good understanding of purchasing documentation and basic commercial terms.
Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
