Malaysian ONLY!

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working hours: 8am-5pm ( Will be on Shift)

Role Overview:

The Control Room Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor PLC-controlled machinery and production systems to ensure optimal performance.

· Adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

· Interpret and modify PLC logic and HMI (Human Machine Interface) settings as required.

· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and automation systems.

· Respond to system alarms and faults, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.

· Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve production processes.

· Maintain accurate records of machine performance, system adjustments, and maintenance activities.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in PLC operations within a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferably in mineral processing or GCC powder production).

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
