Marketing & Admin Executive

We are a skincare company looking for someone who has an interest in Marketing and strong in social media content

JOB SCOPE

• Execute sales and marketing promotions, which include digital marketing, livesales, crm, event organising etc
• Create and design social media content, video editing, update of website and marketing materials etc.
• Familiar with IG, TikTok and FB and XiaoHongShu for planned scheduled postings
• Event organizing skills
• Processing sales, logistics and stock management
• General admin duties & ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media marketing or relevant field
• Strong event organizing skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Knowledgeable in MSoffice
• Able to work in a flexible and independent environment
• Immediate availability preferred
