Job Title- Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects.
- Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
- Submit, monitor, and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
- Coordinate project-specific part numbers, configurations, and system requirements.
- Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where required.
- Prepare and provide regular project status updates and reports.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions.
- Serve as the day-to-day coordination point for project-related activities.
Delivery & Quality
- Support the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and scope.
- Assist with project schedules, resource coordination, and governance activities.
- Support quality checks and validation of project deliverables.
- Coordinate issue resolution and follow up on escalations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Operational & Technical Support
- Work with project and operational tools such as DOMS, DellStar, Financial Force (FF), OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
- Support configuration services and deployment toolsets.
- Assist with implementation planning and delivery tracking.
- Analyze project performance and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Diploma with relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and processes.
- Basic understanding of PC operating systems, deployment environments, and configuration services is an advantage.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program coordination, sales operations, IT operations, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams or business functions.
- Experience in a technology, hardware, IT services, or enterprise environment is an advantage.
